Old Nalandian hoists the Olivier Award for the Best Actor
Old Nalandian Hiran Abeysekera has won the Olivier Award for the Best Actor at the award ceremony held at the Royal Albert Hall in London today (11).
He picked up the award for his significant performance as the leading man on the West End Play “Life of Pi”, which is based on the Prize-winning novel named “Life of Pi” written by Yann Martel.
This is another great achievement by an Old Nalandian and we would like to wish all the best to Hiran Abeysekera for taking the legacy of mother Nalanda to overseas.
