The 1st XI cricket captain of Nalanda College; Raveen De Silva was awarded as the Best Batsman and as the Best All-rounder of the year 2021 at the 43rd Observer SLT-Mobitel School Cricketers Awards.

The awarding ceremony of 43rd Observer SLT-Mobitel School Cricketers of 2021 was held yesterday (14) at B.M.I.C.H. Colombo. 1996 world cup winning captain Mr. Arjuna Ranathunga graced the occasion as the chief guest and Minister Dalas Alahapperuma was invited as the guest of honour.

And on behalf of the Captain, Mr. Saman Hettiarachchi (Master-in-charge of Nalanda College U19 Cricket) collected the awards.

This is a great achievement by a Nalandian and we would like to wish all the best and thanks to Raveen for making mother Nalanda proud again.
